At Furniture of Canada, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location and the size of the furniture items. These include:

  • Standard Delivery: For smaller furniture items and home accessories.
  • White Glove Delivery: For larger and more delicate furniture, this service includes delivery, assembly, and placement in the room of your choice.
  • Freight Delivery: For oversized items, including sectional sofas, beds, and dining tables.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the size of your order. At checkout, you will be provided with an accurate shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1500 (terms and conditions may apply).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under the free shipping threshold, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied based on the size and weight of your order.

4. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders typically take 24 HOURS to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.
  • Lead Time: The delivery time varies based on your location and the items you purchased. Generally, delivery times range from 2-4 business days for most products.
  • For custom or made-to-order items, delivery may take longer. You will be notified with an estimated delivery date.

5. Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method, location, and availability of the items.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

While we do our best to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, accidents can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing:

  • Inspect Your Order: Upon delivery, please inspect all items for damage.
  • Report Damages: If you notice any damage, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

8. Delivery Appointment Scheduling

  • For White Glove Delivery, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for delivery and assembly.
  • For Freight Delivery, your order will be delivered to your doorstep. You may need assistance to bring larger items inside.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • Remote Areas: Some remote or rural areas may incur additional shipping fees or delays. Our customer service team will contact you if your address is in a remote location and discuss any potential extra charges.
  • P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, APO, or FPO addresses.

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy for returns or exchanges.
