1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been damaged, altered, or used.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as custom-made furniture, mattresses, and final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at focgroupca@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please ensure this number is included with the return shipment.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Packaging: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process once the return is received.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damage or Defects Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Proof of Damage: Please take photos of any damaged or defective items and include them in your return request to help expedite the process.

6. Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
